Oli's Trolley vs. Arcadia Bus Tour, Bar Harbor

Yes, I know Bar Harbor is in Maine and not Canada but since our cruise is going to Canada I decided to post in this forum:)

Can anyone give me advice as to whether to take Oli's Trolley or the Arcadia Bus Tour.. They look basically the same to me except 1 is a trolley and the other a bus:D . If you have taken one or the other or even better both, please give me your input. Thanks

We did Oli's last fall. It was great. You won't regret that one

As a third option, we hired a taxi through "At Your Service Taxi", which operates mini-vans. I loved that option as we we were able to get in and out on our own schedule and she could get in to some turnoffs that buses couldn't stop at, and then come right over again to pick us up as soon as we were ready to move on. For 3 people it was more expensive than the bus tour, but if you had 6 people it would come to the same price; also you could make it exactly however long you wanted.

I believe the free shuttle service is propane powered and therefore cannot make it to the summit of Cadillac Mtn. That is what I have read.
