We will try and arrive around 11ish at Port Canaveral via Radisson shuttle. If we want to try and upgrade on the Mariner, what should we do first and where should we go? Any tips and/or suggestions would be great:D

You have to drop off luggage and go through check in as normal. Once checked in but before boarding, you'll need to visit the Pier Coordinator's desk. It's a smaller counter to the left of the normal check in counters. Prices to upgrade are pre-established but it there's space available, they will be glad to let you purchase the upgrade. One word of caution, if you do upgrade they will tell you they'll arrange for your bags to get to your new stateroom (remember you've already checked your luggage with your original tage/stateroom #). Sometimes they get it right but sometimes not. If you end up missing a bag(s)-check your original stateroom, I've found mine a couple of times by the old stateroom. Good luck and have a great time!
