Port at Costa Maya - Water Polo?

I have read in Princess info of all of the different activities going on at the port. One of the activities is water polo. Does anyone know about this? My 3 teenage boys all play water polo in high school and they are very interested in this. Can they actually play water polo or is it just a show or demonstration? Thanks.
