Need Excursion Help with 3 year old

Hi. We need some suggestions for tours with a 3 year old. She is very active and LOVES the water. We would like to do a beach/snorkel tour/sail. We will have to book on our own because all the ships ages are 4 or 5 years old. Any suggestions?

I haven't cruised in a while but does it say that three year olds are not allowed to go or is there just no price listed? If there is no price listed they may be able to go for free. We just spent a week in the Cayman's and we went to stingray city with Captain Marvin's and the three year old was able to go along for free. We also took him on a sunset catamaran sail with Red Sail sports. That was a private charter so we did not pay per person but there was no problem bringing him with us.
