Dinner Menus?

I am going on the Enchantment next week (5 day Western Car.). Anyone know the menus off-hand for dinner?

Just came off a Saturday - Thursday cruise that stopped in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. I don't know if this is the same one you're on or if they will serve the same food. Some of the things on the menus (main dishes) were lamb shank, lobster, cornmeal crusted tilapia, lots of pastas with marinara, eggplant parmigiana, veal piccata, prime rib, roasted duck with black currant sauce... that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

 

Every meal was amazing!! :) Our waiter, Vivek, was the best waiter I've ever had. Great meals.
