Warwick Long Bay & Movies on the Beach?

I read something somewhere about "Movies on the Beach" at Warwick Long Bay. However, when I googled it, although there was definitely such a feature a couple of years ago, I can't find anything on it currently.

Does anyone know if they still present movies on the beach at Warwick Long Bay? Sounds like it would be fun.:)

As a beach, how is Warwick Long Bay, and how is the snorkeling?

It's the Moonlight-Movie Series 2008.

The beach movie thing started last year and it turned out to be popular, so this year they brought out a series - Fridays throughout the summer - at various locations - both beach and park.

Warwick Long Bay isn't one of the beaches this year, but Horseshoe Bay is one. Other beaches are Snorkel Park and Clearwater.

Unfortunately the cruise ship passengers won't get to enjoy them because they are held on Friday night at sundown.
