Tampa Port Parking Fee May Increase

The Tampa Port Authority released the following statement to the local news media here on July 3 2008.

 

"Daily parking rates at the Port of Tampa's cruise line terminal could increase from $12 to $14 for a standard space and from $24 to $28 for buses, large campers and other vehicles occupying two spaces under a proposal scheduled for a July 24 public hearing. The last increase in cruise parking - from $10 to $12 was four years ago. This proposed new parking rate of $14 keeps us competitive, and in fact is lower than other Florida cruise ports. The change in parking lot fees could be implemented by Oct 1 pending Tampa Port Authority commissioners' approval."
