MalibuBarbie Posted July 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2008 Does anyone have the Carnival Wedding Luncheon menu choices? The one that they send out to you that lists the choices for the appetizers, pasta, main entree and desserts available? I would absolutely love to see it! Could you email it to me? I am not sure what some of the terms are but I tried to type it just like it was on the menu including the capital letters where originally placed. Here's what I have selected so far (I don't think I will change my mind, but who knows :) ) Roasted Pumpkin Soup, West Indian Style Penne with Vodka and Caviar Filet Migno Forestiere, Lorrette Potatoes and Spinach Timbale Passion Fruit Indulgence House Champagne, Coffee and Tea I hear the Pumpkin soup is to die for. I love Caviar and figured this will be the only time I will get to have some on this cruise as we're going on the Ecstasty and it doesn't have a supper club. I went with red meat over chicken or seafood for the main course mainly for my husband and one sailing guest who is very allergic to seafood which would have been my choice. I decided on the Fruit instead of another cake since we will already have the wedding cake. I have one child's place of Chicken nuggets and fries ordered. It's $17.95 per plate for child's plate per Carnival. Hope this helps, Beth

txtwinmom Posted July 6, 2008 #4 Share Posted July 6, 2008 Actually, our ceremony is not until June of 2009. I am just a planner and have things already lined up. We're actually renewing our vows after 20 years of marriage. When is your ceremony? Beth
