Carribean Shore Excursions

We have booked a cruise in December leaving from Barbados

The shore excursions aren't available to access on the Windstar website till Sept

 

Does anybody recommend any of the Windstar shore excursions, usually we do a mixture of some cruiseline / some doing it ourselves, but this is the first time with Windstar and would hate to start prebooking only to find out we had missed the best Windstar excursion

I know it is over the holidays but most excursions should be running I hope
