Can we do Tracy Arm Fjords if cruising Carnival?

I was wondering if it is possible to do the Tracy Arm Fjords tour if we are cruising Carnival. We do not arrive in Juneau until 9:00am and I did not see an excursion listed for this through Carnival. We are in port until 11:00 pm. I contacted Adventure Bound, but they said their last boat leaves at 9:00 and we could not make it in time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
