Question: Photos from NCL Sun

For those of you who have sailed on the NCL Sun, where do you feel the best place on the ship is to take photos of the scenery? Would you say the top decks or the promenade deck?

Either one should be OK. On the top deck you'll be able to go from port to starboard in a hurry, on the promenade deck you need to go around or through the ship to get to the other side.

A couple of tips (which you may know already): Stand back a bit so that you get some of the railing or other ship stuff in the foreground. On the promenade deck you can frame your pix in a porthole. If you step back on the promenade deck, it gets a bit darker and you may have to adjust the exposure a bit. Step to the railing, depress the shutter only half-way to set the exposure, keep you finger on the shutter, step back - and then push down all the way.
