Shuttle Service

Good Afternoon,

 

I am looking for alternative transportation to the Bayonne Pier this winter. Does anyone know of a Shuttle Service that provides transportation to the Cape Liberty Pier? I live in New York City and according to Mapquest its a 23 minute trip by car but I don't want to park at the pier. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
