I will be on the Miracle on August 21st with my sons (15 & 12) I am hoping one of my friends from my group will dine with me there but if not does anyone know if there is a minimum age allowed to dine if i wanted to take my boys?

There is no minimum age. I'm guessing that your sons are well behaved young gentlemen so it shouldn't be a problem at all.

One word of caution - dinner will take two and a half to three hours. Younger folks can get a bit distracted in that time frame. They may want to participate in some of the scheduled activities for folks their age rather than eating for three hours...

Have a wonderful time!!!
