Access America insurance??

Has anyone used this company for their travel insurance? Did you have good or bad experiences with them?? Any info would be great Thanks!

I used this company, but since I had no claims I do not know how good they are.

I've used them in the past with no problems.

Why use Access America when you can get the same or better coverage with other companies? We were steered towards them last year but we went with a company I found with insuremytrip DOT com. Lots of companies to choose from for less money. :D

There is more to that situation than meets the eye. How far removed is someone to qualify as family? That is the issue there. Read your policies carefully.

On every policy I have ever purchased, the "death" clause defined "family member" as spouse, child, step child, sibling, aunt, uncle, parent, or grandparent. Maybe there are some that differ; I don't know, but as you said, read and know before you buy a policy.
