roe2ship Posted October 19, 2004 #4 Share Posted October 19, 2004 It seems more and more people are so anxious about this answer. Thank god for the boards, as RCL customer service has no clue about it.
bUU Posted October 20, 2004 #5 Share Posted October 20, 2004 I don't think that's it really. Rather, there is perhaps no advantage for them to get involved in discussing a product they cannot currently offer.
tprime76 Posted October 20, 2004 #6 Share Posted October 20, 2004 And on top of that, the "Huge new Whizbang" ship design is kept pretty secret. Essentially, there are 2 cruise lines left (RCCL and Worlds Best) and neither wants to tip its hand on something totally new and lose some of thier advantage. Also, do we really know more than the RCCL customer service reps are telling us? I really haven't seen anything on here about those ships that has been anything other than speculation and wish lists for the new Ultra Voyager ships. I'd say that Royal Caribbean has done a good job in keeping the details secret, especially with something as large as that.
1corona4u Posted October 20, 2004 #7 Share Posted October 20, 2004 Here are a few links I found about it, and maybe people already know all of this, but I found it interesting anyway. http://www.koja.fi/portal/english/air-conditioning_systems_for_ships/marine_deliveries/ultra_voyager_class__nb_1352_and_nb_1353/ http://www.seaview.co.uk/cruiselines/royalcaribbean/ultravoyager.html http://www.marinelog.com/DOCS/NEWSMMIII/MMIIIJun16a.html
