Noordam - Vista Lounge

My wife and I are sailing on the Noordam in September and would be most grateful if anyone could give me some information regarding the seating and service arrangements in the Vista Lounge.

Ww have sailed last year on an old HAL ship, previously the Nieuw Amsterdam (now Thomson Spirit) which has a wonderful entertainment theatre with tables at which drinks are served all evening - even during the performances.

From looking at the pictures at the Vista Lounge on Noordam there appears to be very few tables, and a predominance of theatre style seating in rows.

Am i overreacting to think i might be unable to get a drink brought to me? or feel guilty to disturb my fellow guests by passing in front?

Any practical tips, hints or guides would be really appreaciated.

Peter

Some of the seats have tables, but most do not. You'll be able to get drinks easily before the show starts, but once the house lights drop the stewards mostly disappear, and it's hard to get the remaining ones' attention in the dark!
