sea trek/helmet diving anyone?????

Has anyone done sea trek (helmet dive) excursions, specifically in Cozumel?

 

I thought this looks like a neat and different experience. If you've done this, where or with what tour company did you use? Were you satisfied with your experience? Was there sea life where you did it?

Also, anyone who did it with younger kids, most places say 8 and up. We have 4 & 5 years old kids who would love to do this, are there any places that let kids younger than 8 helmet dive?
