OK, I have a 75 dollar obc, from my ta, and just this week, it showed up on my documents on carnival's website. I do not know when your cruising, but after your final payment, check your edocs on carnivals website, and page 6, all the way over to the right, it should show your OBC, I sail Oct 4th, and my just came up about 1 week ago.

I'd highly recommend that you take a letter with you from Carnival (Not your TA) that shows you have an OBC coming to you.

This way, if it is not showing on your account, the purser will have an official copy to use to go to battle with. Otherwise, it's your word against theirs and who do you think the purser is going to side with.

You should not have a problem. We always get a printout from our TA with our obc. Never had a problem.........
