How far in advance RCCL visa cert request?

Recommended Posts

You should allow 5-6 weeks from calling to having them applied to your account without having to worry about expediting any step of it. They do expire at 6 months but that is for applying them not sailing. So even if you are not sailing for a year if you apply them with the next 6 months you are ok. Try to wait as long as you can to accrue more points. I just cashed in 700$ for OBC

I learned by experience that you need to give it at least 2-4 weeks before you need to submit it, or you may have to pay a fee for expediting it. The certificates are good for 180 days. When I received my requested points, there was a bill for express delivery, even though I did not request it to be expedited. I was able to have the charge removed by contacting them.
