What ship is in Galveston today? 8-4-08

If you look at the Cruise Cam on Galveston.com webcams. There is a ship in port, but it does not appear to be a Carnival, looks like a Royal?

So lets play name that ship!

 

There are no ships scheduled in today, I dont think...so maybe one diverted from somewhere else due to the tropical storm????

Wonder who it is and why its there???

According to the Galveston cruise calendar, Carnival Ecstasy is scheduled today.

It is not the Ecstasy unless she just got a face lift.

Not sure I understand "The whole front of this ship is closed" comment (I see you sailed her in January, so you do have knowledge of the Fantasy Class), but I can assure you that it is the Ecstasy.;)

Ahhh, I see that from my (computers ) vantage point there is a glare and it looks way different.

I stand corrected. '

It does look like the Ecsatsy when I take into considreation that the cam is lower so you cant see the open decks at the bow.

Yes, I was on her in January and will be back on her in 33 days :)
