What happened to the NCL Skyward?

Does anyone know what became of the old NCL Skyward? I sailed on her with my parents when I was in high school. We had the Staff Captain's 2 room suite because the ship was oversold. The crew slept in the infirmary and gave up their cabins for passengers. It was a wonderful ship.
