SeptCruzer Posted August 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2008 Our cruise ship will be docked at Long Wharf. We would like to walk to the Reversing Falls. Does the Harbour Passage walking trail go directly there? If so how long of a walk is it? - estimated time and/or miles/km.

After you cross under the Harbour Bridge look ahead and you will see an observation deck with a blue roof. Climb the stairs and cross the street at the light. The cranberry sidewalk will go up the hill (short distance) and end at Douglas Avenue. Turn left and walk along Douglas Avenue to Fallsview Avenue. Turn right and walk into the falls viewing area. You can then continue along Douglas Avenue, cross the Reversing Falls Bridge and go down into the restaurant area at the other end of the bridge. There is a viewing area in there as well. You can often see harbour seals feeding in the area under the bridge. The walk should take around forty five minutes or so and it is flat except for the bit up the hill to Douglas Avenue. How long of a cab ride would it be and do you have any idea of cost? Are there buses from long pier? Thanks
