I'm looking for a private tour operator...would like to do the Eastern tour and drop off Rum Point Beach (and of course a return to port). Any recommendations?

We just returned from Grand Cayman and spent the day with Peter and his son Craig from Fat Fish Adventures (www.fatfishadventures.com). They will take you anywhere you want to go and let you spend as little (or much) time wherevever you want. They were a pleasure to spend the day with and we had a great time (we did stingray city, a private beach and lunch at Kaibo - we had already done Rum Point and wanted to go somewhere less crowded).
