LindaMarie513 Posted August 9, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 9, 2008 I am booked on the Radiance-Southbound Alaska cruise on August 29th. I would like to pre-book the speciality restaurants, but I am not sure what the best day to book is. Is there a better time to book also. I can eat at any time. Is it better to go on docked days or at sea days? Also, does anyone know what days the formal nights are on the Radiance? It is hard to know when you don't know what is happening each day. Also, if anyone can remember if there was a day where the regular dining menu could be missed? Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. cb at sea Posted August 9, 2008 #2 Share Posted August 9, 2008 Personally, I'd do a sea day--after a long day in port, you may well be too tired to really enjoy the experience that you've paid extra for! Port days, especially in Alaska, are quite tiring!
