Cigar on Explorer

Are there any areas on Explorer where an occasional cigar would be permitted?

yes, there is a cigar lounge and you may also have one on you balcony if you have one.

There is quite a nice room on Deck 5 forward starboard (the deck of the indoor promenade) called the Connoisseur Club, very near the Maharajah's Lounge. You can go in there any time of the day or night to smoke a cigar.

 

In the daily cruise Compass, you will notice that certain hours are listed--that means that there is staff available at those specific times to sell you cigars or adult beverages. You can go use that room at any time during the day though to smoke your own cigars or cigarettes.

 

There is a lovely young woman who is the regular staff person there; I am sorry that her name escapes me.
