Fun Pass dumped all my info???

I had completed most of my fun pass info, went back into it today to put in the final info it needed, my boyfriends passport info. Its dumped everything I did? I had been in it a couple of times putting in stuff and I wonder why it suddenly just decided to kill all my work.
