Halibut Cheeks?

My cruise will take me from Vancouver to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Sitka, & Seward. in the past i've been able to get a cheek burger at Steamers in Ketchikan, but they've been taken off the menu now.

 

Can someone tell me where I can have cheeks (fried don't count) on my Alaskan cruise?
