there are two ways (I know of there may be more)

 

1. Click on the little triangle in the upper right hand corner of the post and a dialog box opens and ask that it be removed.

 

2. email one of the thread hosts....

 

I have done both on occasion...to ask for one of my posts/duplicate posts be removed...and they have always done so for me.
