Using compass rewards on CAS bookings

My DH and I are booked with CAS for our next trip, this will also be our first time using compass rewards, do they get sent to the regular address or is there another address so that it goes to CAS attention? The reason I'm asking is when I went to make a payment by phone, the regular number couldn't take it, it had to be done through CAS.

Thanks.

Yes.. you need to call CAS tomorrow and ask them for the address to send it to. Also, as someone who ships a lot, well.. LOL.. is shipped a lot of stuff to, thank you Ebay, I would make sure and send it in a way you can insure it for the amount you are sending them. If they are lost, BoA will not replace the certs, at least that is what I understand.

We sent ours to:

NCL Casino Marketing

7665 Corporate Center Dr.

Miami, Fl. 33126

I also put to the attention of the person who we booked through--in our case it was LaTonia. Sent it USPS Delivery Confirmation Receipt, so I could track it. Make sure you make copies of your cert. front & back.

How's things going Michelle? We're doing the repo cruise in Oct. NY to Miami 12 day. Just made final payment today!:D

Thanks for the info, I was pretty sure you two would be the ones to answer. ROS- things are really good, school starts in two weeks, so it is back to the grind for me:rolleyes: , I am actually ready this year. How's everyone up by you? I am sure you will enjoy your repo, looking foward to hearing about it after it is over. Is it just you two this time?

This is from the Bof A thread that is stickied on the top of this thread..Well "I was lucky that the call I made for the replacement coupons must have worked..got them on Saturday bout a week after the phone call so glad for THAT!! I can imagine your frustration with the phone merry go round it was what I feared I would be facing if they didnt make it in the mail this time around. In this age of delivery confirmation etc. I would have paid the price to have it sent that way with a way to trace.. glad to have them in HAND .. bout 5 days away from final payment."...they in fact do replace them.

You will NEVER get cash from the insurance or registered mail from any common carrier-either UPS, USPS Airborne DHL etc. Cash is ONLY replaced if you send it by REGISTERED mail buit since this is NOT cash you won't get it....any service that gets a signature is good enough for this purpose, so the least expensive is first class certified mail- for speed you can use Priority mail report delivery(2 days from anywhere in continental US)...

So you are saying if I insure the article for $500.00, lets say, and it is lost by USPS or Fed Ex or whoever, they will not replace the $500.00?? What do they do then? Why did they sell me the insurance for?

They get Bof A to reissue the cert as the other poster had Bof A do...they will never pay the cash.....or something along those lines. You will never see them pay the cash.

We had a HOT summer and dry, been camping a few times and to Sturgis Bike Week. DH's knee replacement went very well. Been almost 7mos. He's lost 13lbs as we are walking 4 miles a day and it hasn't hurt me any either! HA. Yes, it's just the two of us on the repo cruise, but our roll-call has ALOT of people. Okay back to your reg. subject.:o Glad I could help with your question.

Gotcha.. It honestly wouldn't matter to me how they took care of it, as long as we ended up getting the $500.00 credit, or whatever the amount of certs, applied to our cruise....8-)

Oh then I'm going to continue to insure it since the actual paperwork we have from BoA that came with the certificate says they will not reissue it. They may have made an acception for one here and there, but I'm going to go with what they sent us in writing. Rather be safe than sorry.

most of the time when something is "lost" is after delivery...the insurance doesn't cover that and I am sure(although I don't have experience personally) NCL will just get BofA to reissue them....

Oh yeah.. I'm just wanting it insured until it gets to CAS.. LOL.. after that, it's CAS's deal if it is lost.
