Carnival Destiny - Dry Dock Plans?

Anyone know of the drydock updates for Destiny?

I hear she's going in for 2 weeks in September?

I'll be crusing Nov. 22 and hope to cruise a nicely refurbished ship?

 

Any thoughts...

I talked to a carnival rep aboutt this. She said the ship will be getting new plumbing and new carpet. She didn't say much more than that.

Hi! We're going on Destiny in October...I asked John Heald about it and he told me that they're updating the public areas and cabins and adding the big screen on the Lido deck. I hadn't heard anything about the plumbing, but I'm sure that is a possibility.

I'm looking forward to a nice, shiny Destiny!

She'll be out of dry dock on September 20... her first cruise is a 6 day Western Caribbean out of Miami. And yes, a big screen has been confirmed

Dh and I will be on this cruise.... can't wait!!!!:)
