We are doing the Western route also this spring. The info. I've gotten from these boards is very good. So far I've noted the following:

Jamaica: Peat Taylor for Dunns River Falls tour - He's great I guess( www.geocities.com/peattaylor )

Island Village for shopping, and Margaritaville for eating/drinking, gift shop

Labadee: Renting wave runners, Haitian Market for shopping, and Hideaway Beach for water/fun/sun and a BBQ

Grand Cayman: Nativeway Watersports for tour of Stingray City & Coral Gardens to snorkel (don't have, but need, this email address), or Captain Marvin for Stingray City tour ( www.captainmarvins.com )

Cozumel: Chankanaab Nature Park for great beach, good food & drinks, snorkeling, Pancho's Backyard for good food & drinks ( www.panchosbackyard.com ) for printing out a coupon for a free Margarita with meal. Carlos & Charlies & Senor Frogs for eats & drinks too.

There is so many more suggestions too but I've just noted a few that DH & I are interested in.

Have a great time planning your getaways.
