How often do the shows change?

How often do the shows change on the ships? I was on the Miracle this past June and am planning on going back next June. Will the shows be the same or will there be different ones? Thanks!

Our main production shows change every 5-7 years. It is much cheaper and easier for Carnival to relocate a ship then take it out of service for 3 weeks and put it in dry dock to do a compete show change. Here on the Victory Carnival just spent almost 2 million on updating the shows we have here and they look great.

If you go back to the Miracle next June, you will see the same Production Shows, the show with the dance cast, how ever the fly-on acts most likely will change.

So I am assuming this means the Fantasy will have new shows after it's drydock next month? We'd be very happy to see something new after several cruises with the same shows! I know several people mentioned the shows should be changing, but I figure I might as well ask you for confirmation of that!

Do they ever change?

 

And why can't each ship have their own songs?
