What's happening on the Victory 4-12?

I was looking at the Victory the other day I think it was 4-12 or 4-11-09 out of San Juan . It showed availability but now when I called Carnival they are saying it's not available to anyone for that week and the week after. I called 3 times and couldn't get a more detailed answer. Is it scheduled for dry dock or privately booked? Thought someone here may know.

I can't decided if I should give it up and look for something else or keep my fingers crossed and wait. Thanks for any info.

I read somewhere on here recently that it is privately booked. But from what I remember reading it was only for a week. Several people commented that they were upset because they were already booked for that week and Carnival cancelled them.
