Evening activities on Martinique?

We will be in Martinique on the QM2 for a Saturday in a few weeks. The ship is there from 8 a.m. till 11 p.m. Anybody have any suggestions for anything to do early evening, any good but inexpensive restaurants for flavoring local food and entertainment, or things of that nature. Thanks for the any ideas.
