Dubrovnik - Where does Windsurf leave from?

We are taking the Windsurf Dubrovnik-Venice cruise 21-28 Sep and my wife is concerned about planning to get from our hotel in Lapad to the port. Any help?

 

Also, if there are any Dubrovnik sights we shouldn't miss during our several days pre-cruise, or any shore trips on the cruise that are great, I'd love to get the skinny. We're in our "reasonably active" sixties and fairly experienced travellers.

The city was very crowded with tourists when we were there Sept. 11. The city within the wall is nice, walk the wall, there are tours that go outside the wall, we heard some good reports.
