Question about Trevor Hudlin's tours? Plantation visit?

For those of you who have previously used Trevor Hudlin for your tour guide, I have a question please. On his website, under the description for the Horse Ride Adventure, it says "visit to the plantation for education on plants."

 

Exactly WHAT and WHERE is this? I did email him and ask him, but his only reply was, "The plantation mentioned is not one of those huge ones, but enough plants to satisy adventurous guests."

 

Can anyone give me a better description of what this really is? Thanks. :)
