I ordered online tickets to the colosseum with audioguide and went through the check-out. After submitting my visa number I received approval that the purchase went through okay on my card but I did not receive a confirmation email. Initially they said there was no reservation in my name - when I emailed back with the reservation number, approval number etc. they apologized. Apparently they have now credited my visa card but it has not shown up. I do realize it takes a few days for the info to show on the statement. I am off to Rome tomorrow so will not be able to check it out for a few more days. Hope they are honest but thanks again for giving me that site info - we have our tickets for Friday.
