mom2agr8boy Posted September 12, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2008 I am leaving the house at 5:00am to catch my flight for Seatle at 6:20. I still have so much left to do . I have to wash a few more loads of clothes to be able to back everything in my case. It is about 3/4 done now. I have all my personal care items. I have to go to Wal Greens after work to be able to get my Camera case packed. I have to charge all electronics (Phone MP4 player, computer, camera batteries). I am going to take my chargers, but wanted them to all have full batteries when I left. I started on my Genger last night and will put my patch on Saturday night. I have to go to the grocery to have plenty of snacks here for DS and DH. I also have to do a good clean of the house (I hate going on trips with a dirty house. Even though with DS and DH here I know it will be dirty when I get back). I also have to work all day today. I was hoping I could leave early but isn't going to happen. The last thing I need to do is thank everybody this board has been great. I am so ready to go and rest and relax. It has been a very trying few months. My DH and a quad bypass in July, DS started 1st grade in August, I am sec. of the school's PTO, DH and I own a buisness that sells comercial power equipment including saws and generators. We have been so busy back of the huricanes, and Sunday night DH's Great Uncle that raised him died. I am so ready for a vacation.
Rare Smellytoes Posted September 12, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Have a great cruise. You deserve it:) Just remember "passport, credit card, on-line registration and e-docs". If you forget anything else it can be replaced.
*Wink* Posted September 12, 2008 #3 Share Posted September 12, 2008 I'm so jealous.. Have a great cruise! Think of it this way. Tomorrow when you put your feet up with a nice boat drink in hand, you'll appreciate the experience so much more because of all the "stuff" you had to do today. Don't forget a power strip!
