Scheduling a Meet and Greet

M and G on our Alaska cruise was easily arrainged. Whoever is taking charge- just keep in general touch with NCL prior to sailing and check in with the on board contct to confirm any details (time and place). Place changed on board so be aware. The process could not be easier. We did a gift exchange and it was well received.

PS to Warm Weather- sorry bowling time was set for us. You will have to pony up the $5 if you want to bowl another time.

I sent an email to the Group Event person for the Star at groupeventstar@ncl.com - just change the name of the ship in the address for your M & G. In just moments, I received a stock reply:

Thank you for your email. All inquiries and function space planning are worked on a sailing basis. If your sailing is close in, the inquiry will be responded to in the order received. Please make sure that all detailed information is provided that will help us to answer your inquiry.

Hours of Operation are M-F 8-6:30pm EST and Saturday 9-5pm EST. If you have an emergency that needs to be addressed outside these hours, please call our Reservations Department at 1-800-327-7030.

Thank you for posting this Question! Those of us who are on the Sky 10/27 were having difficulties trying to schedule a meet and greet. I just sent an email to groupeventsky@ncl.com and hope I receive an email back soon.

we are not sailing till 2/12/10 so we have plenty of time.

 

Under Roll Calls, there is at least one family looking besides us for this meeting.

 

I am sure it will come together.

Wow! I sent an e-mail yesterday afternoon and by 9:00 AM today, our M&G was set up and confirmed. Way to go NCL! :D
