Dec 7 Triumph Is Starboard or Port Better ? Round trip from Miami to Eastern Carribean and back to Miami. Thanks

Well we are Port side on the Upper deck.....don't know that it makes that big of a difference..but that's the side we chose.

We have always been portside on all of our cruises. Some people say it doesn't mattter it's all in which side the ship docks on but for each of our port stops we can watch them docking the ship. My dh enjoys looking out our balcony and seeing the busy ports.

That is a dilema, go with a aft cabin.:D

In more practical terms, since ships change the way they dock all the time, heading south the sun will be on your balcony in the morning, heading back the sun will be on your balcony in the afternoon for a port side cabin, the opposite for starboard of course.

 

So base your decision on when you plan to use your balcony and whether or not you want sun on it. ;)
