Specific Future of NCL Dream?

So I know that the Norwegian Dream will leave the NCL fleet this November and go to Louis Cruise Line:(

 

But has there been any announcments whatsoever about what her new name will be? Or if she will undergo serious refurbishments of any kind? Or where she will sail?

 

With only two months left before she leaves, it seems like these questions should be answered by now.
