What to do in Huatulco?

We are visiting the port of Huatulco. What should we see or do? How is the snorkeling? Any special handicrafts made there?

Before this port was cut from our Panama Canal cruise itinerary we were planning on doing some snorkeling...supposed to be very good. We had also been advised to check into a private tour guide named Marcos Lopez. You can hire him through his email address at huatulcotours@yahoo.com. He comes recommended from another cruiser on this website.
