Which of these months are the driest for doing a southern caribbean cruise November, January, February?

Probably Feb.--the winter is the "rainy season", but all times of the year will have rain--not necessarily sustained, but showers can (and do) happen all the time. That's what happens when moist ocean air encounters an obstuction, like an island!

Don't worry to much about rain--unless you are in a tropical storm system, rain won't last too long!

November would be far more likely to be rainy than Jan. or Feb.
