Costa Atlantica - 12/19/04 - Anyone?

I know this isn't the Roll Call board - but just curious. The MISC ship section of the Roll Calls (where Costa would be) is just too big.

 

We are sailing Costa for the first time over Christmas with our 14 year old.

Looking forward to it.

 

Also does anyone have first hand knowledge of Catalina on the Dominican Republic? Is it like the other cruise ship private islands with stuff to do there so you don't have to take excursions? My DH is going to golf at Teeth of the Dog and I thought I'd hang out with my kid and was hoping there were wave-runners, banana boats, (massage for me on the beach) etc.
