Made Reservation with Trims - what to do after

I made our reservation w/Trims Riding Stables. they will pick us up at 9:30 and take us to the ranch and for a 2 hour Atlantic Ocean ride. Is there anything to do here after the riding? if not, should we just go back to the ship or is there something else we could do before we leave port, besides just shopping. Has anyone taken this tour?
