Is this Odd? - Hal's booking status

I went to do HAL's website to check the availability of staterooms for the cruise I'm sailing on (Oct 14 - Caribbean, Maasdam). Yesterday it showed that some staterooms (inside and outside) had been Closed which I assume meant that these rooms were fully booked. Now they're all showing available.

 

Also - yesterday the site showed 'Call for availability' for the Inside and PH rooms, now the Inside staterooms are displaying the prices.

 

Is this normal? Does this mean that they've free'd up some of the Inside staterooms to try to sell out the cruise?

 

Just curious...I'm new to this cruising thing...

They most likley were moving inventory around, and now have an idea of what is left over.
