If you have the choice between the Crown Room Club and a BusinessElite Lounge which one is better and what is the difference?

We belong to Delta's crown room and fly business class to Italy.We prefer the crown room it is quieter and you get better service,but the business lounge is nice,but most people flying business will use this lounge not realizing they can use the crown room.
