Best Place to Snorkel/Scuba on St. John?

Hi, my wife and I will be going to St. Thomas in a few days, and from what I've read, taking a fairy to St. John and snorkeling there is much better. Between Cinnamon bay and Trunk bay, which is better? We need to rent equipment, so if one place doesn't have it, that's out. I'd search for this but the search function is down.

We were in ST. Johns last March. By far the best snorkeling we found was at Hawksnest Bay which is about 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. There are restroom facilities and you can pack your own food. Three seperate reefs that gave us hours of snorkeling. We had a 15 and 11 year old that had a blast and we ended up there three different times during our stay because the snorkeling was so great.
