NYC travel time

Going on our 1st NCL cruise in August out of NYC and had some questions on travel time. How long will it take to get from Laguardia to Times Square (we are staying at the W hotel pre-cruise) on a Saturday afternoon? And how long from Manhattan cruise terminal back to Laguardia on a Sunday? We are planning on hiring a private car if that makes any difference.

Also, what is the latest time we can disembark off the Dawn?

no heavy traffic on a Saturday PM about 30-45 minutes. The same thing for a Sunday. Cab private car limo all the same thing for time.
