11:00 am flight

Would a 11:00 a.m. flight out of FLL possible or will we be rushing too much?

We had a Noon flight but Spirit changed it to 4:15 p.m. I am thinking about doing the 11:00 a.m. flight.

First off, Hi Ladyjane - I'm also from GR/Byron area.

We've never had a problem and someone even said on the "cruise air" boards that they were able to get on an even earlier flight because getting off the ship (using the carry-off luggage system), and taking a cab to the airport they got there super early.

Hey cruzfiend (neighbor) are you going on the Solstice by any chance. I am still hesitate to change my flight to 11:00 FLL. What if I can't get a cab at Port Everglades?

Our Feb. flight was just changed from 1:30 to 11:30. We took it, don't want to wait till the next flight at 7:30 pm. Taxis are plenty at the port.
